At KC Communications, we pride ourselves on our continuous training to keep up to date with the latest marketing strategies. Therefore, we are delighted to announce that our Founder and Managing Director, Katrina Cliffe, has recently gained her second level 4 CIM Diploma.
Having gained her first Diploma Certificate in Marketing Communications, which covered a range of Marketing, PR, Sales Promotions, Advertising and Integrated Media many years ago, Katrina was very much aware of the digital skills knowledge gap in marketers and therefore set out to undertake a qualification in Digital Marketing, with a specialist focus on Web Analytics and Social Media Monitoring.
A core part of our service delivery involves providing monthly analysis reports to identify not only the outputs of our activity but detailed insight into how that translates into the bigger picture. With a detailed understanding of analysing we are able to measure what’s working for our clients and what isn’t. This then allows us to continuously improve our performance.
As a whole, the KC Communications team undertake as much additional training as possible to better our knowledge and improve our skill set. This results in a better investment for our clients too as they are not just paying for an organisation to do what they’ve been contracted to do, but are provided with ongoing knowledge and insight which supports their business with continued growth.
