KC Communications Relocates to Independence House

By May 25, 2017Stories

We’re delighted to officially announce that KC Communications has relocated to the newly established business centre, Independence House in Lindley, Huddersfield.  Our new premises are owned by and are the national HQ for facilities management company, Orchard FM.

Our relocation sees us increasing office space by 900% as we continue to grow our client base and staff numbers while turnover is on track to grow by 75% this financial year. We’re also undergoing a significant refurbishment following investment from the Leeds Enterprise Partnership’s Ad:Venture funding.

The new office benefits from several private areas while the meeting room also doubles up as a gym enabling staff to take advantage of working out at times to suit, enabling greater work/life balance, a shower has also been installed to support this. A south facing roof terrace also serves as a great venue for entertaining clients and hosting meetings.

Founder and Managing Director, Katrina Cliffe commented: “This is a really exciting time for the business. The relocation represents a significant shift in how we will evolve as we move forward and already we are seeing return on investment with a number of new clients coming on board in recent weeks. I am delighted that we were the first tenant to secure space at Independence House and we were lucky enough to secure such fabulous space which will play a huge part in our future growth”.

We will be hosting an official “office warming” on the 7th July. To register your interest, please email megan@kccomms.co.uk
