Katrina Cliffe

Managing Director

Katrina is the founder and Managing Director of KC Communications. Having started her career as an apprentice, Katrina has worked for a variety of organisations including world renowned design agency, whose roots originated in Huddersfield, along with heading up the marketing efforts for a global-facing tech business before going on to establish KC Communications.

Not one to shy away from continued professional development, Katrina has throughout her 17-year marketing career, gained an Open University Certificate in Business, a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma in Marketing Communications and is currently studying for a CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing with a focus on Metrics & Analysis.

Sarah Benson

Account Manager

Sarah is one of our Marketing Account Managers and is responsible for looking after many our key accounts including some of our more recent wins having only joined us in May 2016. Alongside the day to day management of accounts, Sarah also plays a key role in supporting the growth of the business.

With a First Class Honours Degree in Business and Management from Leeds Trinity University and experience working for a Leeds-based PR Agency, Sarah’s background is already proving to be an asset to the business.

Operations Manager – Vacant

Megan West

Account Executive

Megan’s role sees her supporting the account management team with a wide range of activities including social media management, PR, email campaigns and other marketing activities.

A graduate of Leeds Trinity University, Megan has a First Class Honours in Media and Marketing along with a wealth of experience gained from two placement roles while at university and 10-months experience within an in-house marketing role for a Leeds based online reputation agency.

Megan has also recently achieved accreditation for Social Marketing with HootSuite and is about to embark on a CIM qualification.

Megan West

Paula Kowalska

Account Executive 

Paula’s role sees her supporting the account management team with a wide range of activities including PR, social media management, events and other marketing activities.

With a MA degree in Political Marketing from the University of Warsaw, and extensive agency experience for client’s including P&G, McDonalds and CSR departments of major medical centre’s, her background enables her to contribute to a wide variety of our activities. 

She is also currently looking to gain a Professional PR Diploma from the CIPR.

Lauren Hall

Social Media Account Executive

Lauren’s role is to run social media accounts and campaigns for a wide range of our clients. She supports the account management team with the general running and promotion of clients’ social media platforms.  

She is a graduate from The University of Huddersfield, with an Upper Second Class Honours in Broadcast Journalism. She has gained extensive knowledge from experience she undertook during her time at university and has recently started her career in the Marketing industry after finishing her degree.
