A Covid-19 update from KC

By March 23, 2020 KC News
Well, I never expected to be sat working from my home office again having left it 6 years ago to grow KC into the business it is today. But it’s strange how things can come full circle!
After having a mix of in the office and home working last week, and following the latest government update in response to Covid-19, from today the team have all been working from home for their safety and that of our clients and the community.
Our landline is in the process of being diverted but everyone is available on their mobile numbers, which you should have for you to contact them directly. Alternatively, you can call me on 07971 064 833 and I can direct you appropriately.
We have also made the switch to actively using Google Hangouts for instant messaging and video conferencing and all staff can also be contacted through this via their KC email addresses. For all our clients you can also check the status of activity through Monday.com and communicate via this method too. We are also happy to use other video conferencing tools such as Zoom etc. So far virtual communication is working well and in my opinion better than I could have anticipated.
Right now, we are in the process of reviewing all client projects to ensure the comms are appropriate during this current time and will be making suggestions to adapt where necessary. Of course, we welcome our clients’ input on this, but we wanted to reassure you that we are actively on top of this activity and will provide you with updates as soon as possible so that you can focus on your business and dealing with the operational aspects.
It’s going to be a bumpy ride but the most important thing is to keep communicating with others and your target audience. It’s certainly unprecedented times but we’ll all get through this with a positive mindset and come out the other side having adapted and evolved to the current situation.
For our clients and suppliers, or those who may require our support, we’re here to help make it easier for you every step of the way!
For those who are reading, please take on board the latest government advice and stay home.
Wishing you all strength at this time.
Katrina and Team KC!
